At the EBR Library, strategies and messaging have evolved, but the mission is still the same. Over the past two decades, library staff have implemented strategies that showcase the public library not only as the heart of the community, but as still relevant to modern society. Over the years, they have issued various calls-to-action for current patrons and potential patrons and have worked relentlessly to demonstrate the library's value to stakeholders and decision makers.

Join us for this engaging session as we learn about some of the ways in which the EBR Library has been successful at generating public support and maintaining its impressive reputation.
